Welcome to Venyx World. By accessing or using our website ("Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms") and Conditions of Sale (“Sales Terms”). Please read these Terms and Sales Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these, you must not use our Site.

These Terms apply through our various sales channels including the website www.venyxworld.com and any associated mobile or digital applications.

These Terms are the contract (“Contract”) between us for the sale of Products to you, the individual placing an order (“you”). Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them fully, before finalising your purchase. Kindly note that you will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to place an order with us or access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Every time you wish to order Products, it is your responsibility to review our Terms to ensure you understand our Terms at the time of purchase.

 If we have to contact you, we will do so by email at the email address provided by you in your order or contact you via phone should we have a number on file.

1.3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

2. Products, Orders and Purchases

2.1. Product Descriptions We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. Venyx World reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information without prior notice.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an error in description, you may return it under our return policy.

2.2 Placing an Order When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Venyx World reserves the right to decline any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or concerns regarding payment.

2.3 Personalising an Order Personalisation services, such as engraving or changes to the design, may be available on selected Products. If you wish to have your Products personalised, please contact us with your request and we will let you know whether it will be possible, along with an estimated lead-time and quote. If we produce any Products to measurements received by you or are providing resizing or engraving services, you are responsible for ensuring that the measurement and engraving instructions are correct.
We reserve the right to withhold or refuse acceptance of any order for personalised Products.

2.4 Pricing and Payment All prices on our website are listed in GBP and USD and include any applicable sales taxes or VAT only respectively from the UK and United States.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept various payment methods, including debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.. You must provide accurate payment information when making a purchase.You must pay for the Products before we dispatch them. If your payment method cannot be verified or is declined, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

We will offer you the opportunity for us to retain your credit card information for future purchases. In the event you elect for us to retain your information, the retention of your personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy.

If your order is for a Bespoke item, once all details have been agreed, we would charge a 50% deposit to confirm. Production would be launched upon receipt of the deposit payment. The remaining 50% balance payment is due when the item is ready to be shipped.

2.5 Order Fulfilment & Availability Once your order has been placed, and payment has been received, we will process and fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and other factors.
All Products ordered through our sales channels are subject to availability. Not every Product displayed on our e-commerce or Instagram is available for immediate purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
Should an item be indicated as “Available Online” on our Website this piece will indeed be shoppable through the site and will ship within 10 working days. All other Products would be made to order with a lead time of approximately 6-10 weeks depending on the Product. Please contact us for more information about how to place special orders or for the status of sold out or available to order Products.

3. Bespoke

3.1 Bespoke Enquiries Please contact us at info@venyxworld.com for bespoke enquiries, such as engagement rings or other custom design requests (“Bespoke Products” or “Bespoke”). For Bespoke Products we work with a minimum order value, which we will discuss with you whilst handling your enquiry. Please refer to clause 2.4. for how a bespoke order is charged.

3.2 Bespoke Returns All sales of products that have been personalised or otherwise made to your Bespoke specifications are final and cannot be cancelled or returned to us for exchange or refund. Please refer to section 6.1

3.3 Bespoke Timings Delivery and fulfilment times for personalised or bespoke items vary, depending on the Product ordered. Please refer to clause 2.5 for more detail. 

4. Shipping, Delivery and Collection

4.1 Shipping We offer international shipping free of charge. Currently our site is fulfilling orders to the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. If you are based in a different location, please either email us at info@venyxworld.com or call +44 (0) 203 096 1390 for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team. We will inform you on details and logistics in order to accommodate an alternative shipping destination request.

4.2 Delivery Timing Should a Product be indicated as “Available Online” on our Site, we will arrange the delivery within 10 working days from Order Confirmation and share tracking details with you via your email address provided. We offer shipping via DHL which can be securely tracked. Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary based on location, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. We can organise couriers to central London locations if requested.
Venyx World is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. We will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay and will inform you of any such event within 7 days and will arrange a new delivery date if necessary.
Bespoke Order delivery time frames are discussed when placing an order. We will contact you once a Bespoke Product has been produced and arrange delivery with you accordingly.

4.3 Customs and Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be applicable in your country will be included in the product price.
When receiving goods into the USA, please be aware you may be asked for your Social Security Number to release these goods to you. 

4.4 Collection We may allow you to collect any Products you have ordered from our London showroom. If you would like to collect your order, please let us know by selecting the option during the checkout process. The delivery section will allow you to click a box for a London showroom collection. Should you opt in for this option upon submitting your order online, we will contact you to arrange a date and time. Once agreed, when you come to collect your Products, you will be required to bring original photographic proof of your identity such as a passport or identity card together with your payment card used to place the order. You will be able to collect your Product by appointment only during the hours of our showroom, Monday to Fridays 10am to 5pm.

4.5 Your Responsibility The Product will be your responsibility and owned by you  from the time we deliver the Product to the delivery address you gave us or from the time you collect it from us. We will repair or replace, free of charge (including costs of re-delivery) any Products which are damaged or lost in transit where delivery is made by our carrier, but only if:

 you tell us about the damage or loss within 24 hours of the delivery date in the case of damage and within 24 hours of the delivery date we quoted you after you placed your order in the case of loss.

you produce to us all documents relating to the lost or damaged Products and the original packaging for damaged Products.

5. Your rights to end the contract

5.1. You have a legal right to end the contract with us if:

5.2 The product you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, see clause 2.1

5.3  We have told you about an error in the price or description of the Product you have ordered, and you do not wish to proceed, see clause 2.1

5.4 You have changed your mind, see clause 6.1 and 6.2

5.5 In all other cases if we are not at fault and there is no right to cancel the contract.


6. Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Products

6.1 Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have a legal right to return the product to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

The 14-day period starts the day after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods, unless your goods are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case you have until 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.

6.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@venyxworld.com with your order details; Your name, home address, order number, and your phone number.
You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note, unless a product is being returned due to faultiness, we do not cover the cost of any return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the Products to us safely within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
We will ask you to either return the Products in person at an arranged date and time to our London Showroom (Venyx World, 56ASouth Molton Street, London, W1K 5SH) or post them back to us.
Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as a credit or in exchange for another Product.

6.3 Returns Shipping We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipping method to return your order to the address we will provide you with and retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
When packing up your return, please ensure the Product is with its original packaging and is in a sturdy, secure box.

Once we have received the order back, it will be carefully inspected and we have the right to refuse the acceptance of the return, if the Product has not been returned in its original condition, if part of the packaging is missing (jewellery box and pouch) or if the Products show signs of wear.
Should the Products pass the inspection we will refund you the price you paid for the Products, by the method you used for payment.
However, we may make deductions from the price as follows:

To reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if they are not in the same condition as they
were in when they were supplied

To reflect any loss or damage caused as a result of your failure to follow our Returns guidelines.

6.4 Faulty Products If you have any questions or complaints about a Product, please email us at info@venyxworld.com.
Returning faulty Products will be arranged free of charge. As per The Consumer Rights Act 2015 the Products sold to you must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. This means during the expected lifespan of our products you are entitled to the following

Up to thirty days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund

Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases.

The agreed refund will be transferred back to you as soon as possible, but can take up to 14 working days from us having received your returned goods. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

6.5 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@venyxworld.com  If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.

7. Product Repairs

7.1. Repairs Every repair is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as you notice your product being damaged, details along with a picture of the Product. Depending on the nature of the damage and who may have been at fault, we will arrange a return for you and carefully assess the product upon receipt.
Please refer to our Care Guide for more information on how to look after your jewellery.

7.2. Product Defects We will repair your item free of charge if it is a manufacturing or material defect. Please note cracking, plating wear, chipping or scratching of stones are not considered to be manufacturing defects.

7.3 Loss We will not be liable for loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear.

8. Use of the Site 

8.1. Content All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Venyx World or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8.2. Licence and Site Access We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and make personal use of the Site. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents.

8.3. Prohibited Uses You agree not to misuse the Site. You shall not:

Commit or encourage a criminal offence.

Transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

Hack into any aspect of the Service.

Corrupt data.

Cause annoyance to other users.

Infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights.

Send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam."

Attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Site.

9.1 Ownership of Content All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Venyx World or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9.2 Trademarks All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on this website are the property of Venyx World or our licensors. You are not permitted to use these without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Use of Website Venyx World makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on it. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk.

10.2 Liability for Products To the extent permitted by law, Venyx World excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with your use of our products and services, except as expressly stated in these Terms. Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

10.3 Third-Party Links This Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with Venyx World. We have no control over these sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10.4 Indemnity You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venyx World, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and costs arising from your use of this Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 Governing Law These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 Jurisdiction You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Venyx World in connection with these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
