Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the UK, Europe and United States. We do not cover any import duties or taxes, or any return shipments, unless your order is damaged during transit.
Can I place an order with you if I am not based in the UK, EU or United States?
Currently our online store is fulfilling orders to the United Kingdom, European Union and United States. If you are based in a different location, please contact us for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team. We will inform you on details and logistics in order to accommodate an alternative shipping destination request.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

If you are based in London and you would like to purchase and receive a piece of jewellery on the same day, please email us at patricia@venyxworld.com or call us on 0203 096 1390 before midday on weekdays and we will look into your request right away.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
