Orders and Payments

 

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Venyx World is easy. Simply browse our collections, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to the checkout where you can review your order, provide your shipping details, and complete your payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@venyxworld.com
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number and details of the items purchased. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

How do I order a piece of jewellery that does not show up as “Available Online”?

All products that are not indicated as “Available Online” would be available to special order, with a lead time of approximately 6-10 weeks depending on the piece. Please contact us for more information about how to place special orders or for the status of sold out products.  Please note that each piece mounted with coloured stones can vary slightly and all special orders are final sales.

Can I try on the jewellery anywhere?

Yes! We would love to welcome you to our London showroom. Please contact us if you would like to book an appointment info@venyxworld.com

 

Bespoke & Personalised Jewellery 

 

How long does a bespoke order process work?

If you are interested in a bespoke Product, please do get in touch with us about what you had in mind. We will then start looking into design options, materials and quotes. Once all steps are confirmed we require a 50% deposit payment in order to launch production. From the start of production the lead-time would be approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the piece and sourcing involved.

Are you able to remodel unworn heirloom jewellery?

Absolutely. At Venyx we believe jewellery should be uniquely personal and loved for generations to come. Our bespoke service allows you to collaborate with our team on repurposing heirlooms and gemstones. Please contact us at info@venyxworld.com with a brief description of the piece you would like commissioned and we will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer custom or personalised items?

Yes, we offer custom and personalised jewellery options. Please contact us at info@venyxworld.com for more details and to discuss your requirements.

 

Sizing

 

How can I find out which ring size I need?

We offer different sizing options with most rings on the website. If you require a size not shown or you do not know your size, please contact info@venyxworld.com and we will be happy to help.

Please also utilise our Size Guide to help you determine the best fit. 


Do you offer resizing?

Yes, we offer resizing on most of your rings, with some exceptions. Please contact us at info@venyxworld.com with your request. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the UK, Europe and United States. We do however not offer free shipping for any return shipments, unless your order got damaged during transit. 


Can I place an order with you if I am not based in the UK, EU or United States?

Currently our online store is fulfilling orders to the United Kingdom, European Union and United States. If you are based in a different location, please contact us for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team. We will inform you on details and logistics in order to accommodate an alternative shipping destination request.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
All products available online will ship within approximately 10 working days, unless your order is delayed by an event outside our control.

Is a same day delivery of jewellery available online possible, if I am based in London?

If you are based in London and you would like to purchase and receive a piece of jewellery on the same day, please email us at info@venyxworld.com or call us on 0203 096 1390 before midday on weekdays and we will look into your request right away.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

For international orders, you may not be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are included in the price of the product or shipping cost.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item(s) within 14  days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information. 

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@venyxworld.com to initiate the process. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@venyxworld.com

Are your products handmade?

Yes, all Venyx World products are crafted with care and precision. Each piece is made using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to ensure that you receive a unique and durable product. We make our jewellery in both London and Italy. 

How do I care for my Venyx World jewellery?

To keep your Venyx World jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Store your jewellery in the pouch provided to prevent scratching or chain tangling
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals such as pool chlorine
  • Clean your jewellery gently with a soft brush and hand soap, dry with a lint free soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils
