Returns


We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order for any reason, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to follow the below instructions.


Please ensure your item(s) are sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe will only be accepted at our discretion and will only be refunded as a credit against future purchases. 


Please note we can only accept your return if your item(s) is unworn and in immaculate condition with the jewellery packaging it came in.


Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of returned items. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.


Bespoke jewellery or jewellery that has been resized on behalf of a client cannot be returned or exchanged.


If you are based in London, you are welcome to return the piece to us in person at an arranged date and time at our showroom.


Once we have received your return, it will be carefully inspected. We retain the right to refuse your return if the jewellery has not been returned in its original condition, if part of the packaging is missing (jewellery box and pouch) or if the product(s) show any signs of wear.




Returns Instructions


Please email us at info@venyxworld.com with your request to exchange or return your item with your name, address, order number and phone number.  We will respond to your return request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address to send your item to.


We recommend that you use a reliable tracked and insured shipping method that provides you with proof of shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.


When packing your return, please ensure the pieces are returned in their original packaging and securely packed how you received them, to prevent any damage in transit.
