Apply perfumes, creams or oils, or hair products before putting on your jewellery to prevent any potential damage or alteration to its appearance. Remember to remove jewellery before exercise or physical activities such as swimming or when at the gym.

Cleaning
We recommend cleaning your jewellery pieces using warm, soapy water and a soft brush, before rinsing and drying thoroughly with a gentle or microfibre cloth to prevent water spots. Do not soak your jewellery for too long and avoid any harsh detergents or sprays.

Storing
Store your jewellery with care to safeguard from tangles, tarnishing, scratches, and damage caused by exposure to sunlight or humidity. Keep jewellery in its original packaging or an organised jewellery case to preserve its condition. Place your pieces in our Venyx pouches for transporting when travelling.

Our jewellery is timeless in design. We want it to last many lifetimes too and have a two-year warranty that covers our workmanship and protects your product. 

As part of our aftercare service, we provide a check-up on your jewellery, which is complimentary during the warranty period. Next time you are in London, visit the Venyx showroom and we will clean, polish and check all details of your jewellery to ensure it looks as good as new. 

If your jewellery has delicate stones in, please ensure that you follow our care advice:

• Opals: we recommend avoiding exposure to high humidity and strong sunshine.
  

• Pearls: we suggest regular wiping with a soft cloth to maintain lustre.
  

• Many gemstones are delicate and should be treated as such.
  

• It is important to check your jewellery periodically and make sure that the gemstones are secured in their mount.
